Sarah Dacre brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at Lawrie. With an impressive background spanning both in-house and private practice, Sarah has cultivated a deep understanding of trade mark law, particularly within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance, fashion, and food and drink sectors.

Her expertise includes clearance searching, filing and prosecution of applications in the UK, Europe and internationally, filing and defending oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions, arranging co-existence agreements, providing strategic advice, carrying out due diligence and conducting IP audits.
